"The Thread" is a series of original paintings made my Amelia Morton and inspired the the energy of her maternal lineage and the thread that ties her to her mother and grandmothers. The paintings are gouache on Arches watercolor paper and are framed in cherry frames handmade by Octave Zangs in Sisters, Oregon. The frames have UltraVue UV70 anti-reflective glass with a hanging wire on the back. The total dimensions of the frame are 6" x 6".
